My greatest joy is to facilitate the process by which people make shifts, recognize their personal power and start to live outside the box of society’s expectations, to stop living on default and start living a life of their own design. As your coach, facilitator, and speaker, you will get to know me as a catalyst for change, and a person who is eager to explore, develop, and help you access your own inner strength. I am a life-long learner, and choose to see every challenge as an opportunity to learn something new. My success comes from

challenging conventional thinking and old “fix it” approaches, joyfully exploring the principles of conscious living and facilitating shift and supporting transition to new endeavours.

A Professional Certified Career Coach™ from Career Coach Institute, I use a variety of skill sets and co-create open, playful and explorative interactions with my clients to ensure maximum learning and active growth. I am always actively focusing on my clients’ goals and how to facilitate their success. People say my natural enthusiasm and energy is contagious to everyone around me.

To compliment my Career Coaching I have trained with The Hendricks Institute as a Certified Relationship Coach & Consultant, with the focus on corporate development and mastery leadership skills. I am also a Certified Tele-leader, from Tele Class International, which qualifies me to lead telephone-based courses. To further expand my coaching skills, I am currently enrolled in Career Coach Institute’s Master Certified Career Coach program, a member of the International Coach Federation, and several other coach organizations.

By integrating Body – Heart – Mind – Spirit in my interaction with clients, I facilitate change to happen and deep rooted beliefs to surface. I strongly believe that we need to have all four of these aspects in harmony in order to live a joyful, balanced and fulfilling life.

I have a varied background and a wealth of experience. My 20 years of corporate business experience draws on teaching, sales & marketing management within a finance corporation, executive manager and business developer in international trade and marketing within a world wide corporation, and entrepreneurial and business building opportunities.

I am a native of Sweden, presently living in Sweden after 15 years abroad. I speak fluently several languages, and have, through my work and private life, travelled to more than 45 countries. I am married to Michael, have four wonderful children and a lovely Samoyed dog named Phelicia.
