Let me share my journey with you. For years, I thrived as a corporate global business developer, enjoying a luxurious life as an expatriate. Despite my success, I felt empty and yearned for a life filled with more meaning, where I could help people explore their consciousness and trust themselves as self-actualized leaders. I wanted to lead a more fulfilling life.
After experiencing severe burnout during my corporate career, I decided it was time to make a change. My passion for personal development began in my teenage years, and I became certified in various coaching specializations, eagerly pursuing every personal development course that piqued my interest. Yet, I still felt something was missing, particularly in the spiritual dimension of leadership and conscious living.
During a transformative healing experience, my long-lasting fatigue disappeared, inspiring me to explore energy work and delve into my subconscious mind. I embarked on a Dark Night of the Soul journey, questioning my beliefs and motivations. WOW! A wealth of possibilities opened up to me. I realized I had become a person I didn't truly like; the beliefs I held were not my own, and I recognized the need for change.
I left the corporate world and started my mentoring and coaching business short after the Millenium. My clients are accomplished women who want to live exceptionally fulfilling lives but feel they have come to a standstill and refuse to settle for less.
I developed a method to identify the core beliefs that keep people stuck and limited. I assist them in disempowering their illusions, helping them become the best versions of themselves, and create their dream life and business.
Every day offers a chance for growth, and we can all become the best versions of ourselves. I am passionate about supporting you on your journey to a life of abundance.

I'm a Life Artist
Everything went wrong on the way to the "Try Watercolors" day a few years ago.
I had dreamed about painting for years, but negative experiences from art lessons in school, sketching classes, and art teachers telling me I couldn't draw had firmly embedded the belief that "I can't paint" and "I'm useless when it comes to painting."
On my way to the class, I got lost and couldn't find the location. I arrived very late, and the class had already started. I found myself surrounded by people who had been painting with watercolors for years.
For me, it was truly the first time I held a brush in my hand, and I felt scared. All I experienced was resistance.
However, my excellent teacher, Emma Karp Lundström, guided me through the process. I felt immense joy as I watched the colors emerge on the paper. The blend of pigment, paper, and water, combined with the raw approach to developing the art itself, felt relieving and liberating.
Below is my very first artwork. I am convinced I was guided, as if the Divine wanted to show me to trust myself and my gifts.

I live on a peninsula in southern Sweden, surrounded by the ocean and a nature reserve. My environment serves as a never-ending source of inspiration. Most of my work is done on Arches 600gr. Various sizes but mostly 55x75cm. Samples of my art below.
