For years, I thrived as a corporate global business developer, enjoying a luxurious life as an expatriate. Despite my outer success, I felt empty and yearned for a more fulfilling life.
After experiencing severe burnout, I made the leap. My passion for personal development began in my teenage years, and after my burnout, I became certified in various coaching specializations. I eagerly pursued every personal development course that piqued my interest. Yet, I still felt something was missing, particularly in the spiritual dimension of leadership and conscious living.
My long-lasting fatigue disappeared during a transformative healing experience, inspiring me to explore energy work and delve deeper into my subconscious mind. I embarked on a Dark Night of the Soul journey, questioning my beliefs and motivations. WOW! A wealth of possibilities opened up to me when I shifted the old version of me. I realized many of my beliefs were not my own, and I had become a person I didn't truly like.
My clients are women entrepreneurs, 45-55, dreaming of exceptional fulfilment, yet they feel drained and don't fully enjoy their success. They fear that making changes could jeopardise everything they have, and the emotional pressure and stress are immense. However, they refuse to settle for anything less than their desire.

Life Artist
Everything went wrong on the way to the "Try Watercolors" day a few years ago.
I had dreamed about painting for years, but negative experiences from art lessons in school, sketching classes, and art teachers telling me I couldn't draw had firmly embedded the belief that "I can't paint" and "I'm useless when it comes to painting."
On my way to the class, I got lost and couldn't find the location. I arrived very late, and the class had already started. I found myself surrounded by people who had been painting with watercolors for years.
For me, it was truly the first time I held a brush in my hand, and I felt scared. All I experienced was resistance.
However, my excellent teacher, Emma Karp Lundström, guided me through the process. I felt immense joy as I watched the colors emerge on the paper. The blend of pigment, paper, and water, combined with the raw approach to developing the art itself, felt relieving and liberating.
Below is my very first artwork. I am convinced I was guided, as if the Divine wanted to show me to trust myself and my gifts.

I live on a peninsula in southern Sweden, surrounded by the ocean and a nature reserve. My environment serves as a never-ending source of inspiration. Most of my work is done on Arches 600gr.
